Terms of Service

1. Please do not use the coding or graphics from the layout of this website. All work provided on this website is © 2005-2007 Elven Art and may therefor not be taken, copied or redistributed without written permission from the owner.
2. You may adopt my dolls and pixels, unless it states the art is unadoptable. In that case, I beg you; please do not touch it. By adopting it is meant you may use the item as linkware: you may put it on your website, as long as you link back to Elven Art and state clearly the item belongs to me, not to you.
3. My bases may be altered slightly, meaning you may change the pose, mirror it or change it's skincolour. But, as a reminder, even if you changed the appereance of the base completely, you must still link back to my website. You may never offer the altered base anywhere.
4. You can use the comments section or the guestbook to contact me. In case neither works, you are free to email me. But beware, if your question has been asked in the FAQ section already, I may not answer, so read those first please!
5. Items purchased in my shop, whether it be a doll, pixel or layout, belong to the one who purchased it. He/She is free to do with the items as they please, apart from offering it for download elsewhere or reselling it. It may be used in layouts, graphics, etc. Please keep in mind work made by me may never be entered in contests either.
6. If you display dolls made on my dollmaker on your website or dolls made using my bases, then please put a link back to Elven Art.
7. Spamming this website (meaning my emailadress, comments section, guestbook, etc.) will lead to getting banned from this website and all those within the Elven Network immediately.
8. Some dolls may contain slight nudity, nothing gross, mostly artistic. Bases are, ofcourse, nude, much like a barbie doll. If you are offended by this, it is politely asked from you to leave this website. Dolling is all about getting a nude base and putting clothes on it, and I do not wish to receive any complaints about this particular fact.
